deBernardi & Scaltriti (1979) give the only published photoelectric light curve of BS Vul as of 2004. They solve this system using the Russell-Merrill method, and the model presented here was initially based on their results but quickly progressed into a near-contact/contact configuration. Although the model offered here is not meant to be definitive (after all there is only a V-light curve and no radial velocity curve) it is probably fairly close to reality as the eclipses may be total. New multiwavelength light curves are needed as well as a radial velocity curve.
