The radial velocity phases (CfA observations) in Table 1 of Torres et al. (2019) were incorrectly calculated and have been corrected here to match the ephemeris noted in Table 4. The radial velocity phases in Table 2 (Fairborn observations) were correctly calculated as published in Torres et al. (2019).
